Ordering and Shipping Rules and Procedures

 

Minimum Order

The minimum order amount is $100.  SeaBear Wholesale cannot mix or split cases.

 

Terms

Orders are shipped prepaid by VS, MC, AMEX or DISCOVER. A customer may apply for terms after they have placed one order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing credit applications. Terms are not automatically granted. Terms cannot be processed during the months of October, November and December. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All returned checks due to insufficient funds are outsourced to a third party collection company. A fee will be applied at their discretion. Without notice, SeaBear reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time, and reinstate prepaid terms of VS, MC, AMEX or DISCOVER.

 

Shipping

SeaBear Wholesale offers free ground shipping in the domestic USA on most products. Please allow 3-10 business days for ground service.  Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the holiday season.  Upgrades to 2 day air service are available at a fee of $14.00 per case of 6 oz fillets and Trios, and $16.50 per case of 16 oz fillets and soups.   Please make note of any damages on the bill of lading when receiving freight deliveries.  A signature is required at time of delivery to verify receipt of the order, and there are no damages or discrepancies. A credit or replacement product will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery.

 

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders (including pickup orders) refused or returned without prior authorization.
